Business Life Planning

The business life planning program is tailored to assist individual practices in developing a strategy and business plan for the business and then to provide ongoing support to ensure the requirements are implemented and maintained.

This program includes:

  • a two day workshop with the management team to develop a strategy for the business and a plan to implement that strategy. In addition to building a Business Plan for the practice it covers the fundamentals of how to initiate a strategic planning process in your business. As part of the process a detailed action plan is completed to include in the business plan.
  • a one day staff offsite to communicate the outcomes of the workshop and deliver the strategic plan to all staff.
  • ongoing, regular consulting support to ensure the strategy is implemented, the process is monitored and individuals are held accountable for delivery.
